Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Founder, Executive Director, and Operations Manager for Twisted Fields and our sister companies. This position provides an opportunity for career growth in an exciting, fast-paced industry and to be part of new innovative research to better our planet!

Compensation:

​

  • $18-$24 hourly DOE

  • 3 weeks PTO annually

​

Schedule:

​

  • Full or part-time

  • Monday - Friday

  • Ability to commute onsite at least 1 day a week

​

Responsibilities:

​

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Maintain filing system

  • Maintain purchasing protocols

  • Book travel arrangements

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques

  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. 

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Take accurate minutes of meetings

  • Coordinate office procedures

  • Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries

  • Receive, sort, and distribute the mail

  • Manage staff appointments

  • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues

  • Provide polite and professional communication

  • Conduct data entry

  • Manage LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms

Qualifications:

​​

  • US work authorized

  • Valid driver's license

  • Clean, organized, and efficient

  • Reliable 

 

Preferred Skills (not required):

  • Spanish / English bilingual
